Rest assured, it's not an examination. Our teachers are here to support you, so there's no need to worry.
The purpose of the trial lesson is to provide you with a sample of our teaching methods. For participants who are not beginners, we will assess their current level.
However, this evaluation is not detailed or intensive. We simply aim to gauge the balance between your existing knowledge and conversational abilities. It's a casual and supportive introduction to our teaching approach.
For Beginners: If you are a beginner, there is no formal evaluation of your level. The focus is on introducing you to the basics of the French language and helping you build a foundation from scratch.
For Those with Previous French Experience: If you have studied French before, we assess your knowledge and average conversational abilities. For instance, if you are at the A2 level, you aren't expected to use all the words perfectly; what matters most is the balance between your knowledge and conversational skills.
Assessment of Knowledge: Your teacher will review essential grammar and vocabulary. If you have difficulty remembering specific aspects, your understanding of the French language will be taken into account.
Evaluation of Conversational Skills: The teacher assesses your listening and speaking abilities. Your teacher will dynamically adjust the difficulty level as you engage in conversation. Within the initial few minutes, usually within the first 5 minutes, the teacher will determine your approximate level. Subsequent adjustments are made in more detail as the lesson progresses.
Acceptance of Mistakes: It's completely acceptable to make mistakes in French during the evaluation. The focus is on learning and improving, and errors are considered part of the learning process.
This approach ensures that your lessons are tailored to your current proficiency level, allowing for effective learning and progress in your French language skills.
