Our online trial lessons can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance, allowing you to plan your learning experience conveniently.
A confirmation message will appear on the reservation page after the reservation is complete.
At the bottom of this message, a confirmation button will appear asking if you would like to add the reservation to your online calendar.
Select the type of calendar you wish to add.
(Perhaps it is not in your list of calendars. In that case, we suggest you add the appointment to your calendar yourself.)
Please make sure that the date and time you have chosen are correct, then press the Confirm button.
After that, you will see a page explaining the trial lesson. This page explains how to download and use Zoom. It also introduces some of Zoom's features that will be useful in the lesson.
If you would like to access your instructor's Zoom directly, please click the button.
You will receive a separate email with a link to this page. If you save this email, you can easily access your Zoom lesson on the day of the lesson by simply clicking the button.
Please do not access this page on a day and time other than the lesson.

For online lessons, we recommend using a computer, not a tablet or smartphone.

On the day of your lesson, please access Zoom.
Part 1: Let's Address Your Specific Requirements
During this session, you will have a direct conversation with your instructor.
Rest assured, your instructor is fluent in both English and Japanese.
There's no need to worry about language barriers hindering your communication.
First, we would like to know about your French experience. (If you are a complete beginner, you do not need to tell us this part.) How did you study, exam What did you study? Please tell us about your approximate level of proficiency.

Part 2 : Let's start the lesson！
You do not need to prepare anything.
You just need to let the instructor give you the lesson.
The instructor is ready to adapt to the student's learning history and his or her own learning rhythm. If you stop because you don't understand something, don't hesitate to ask for clarification in Japanese or English. Using another language in language learning is not recommended. However, spending a few moments for explanations is fine. If you want to avoid unnecessary frustration, that's fine. Comfortable lessons are essential to keep you motivated and speed up your progress.
The following section is not really relevant for beginners students, so you may skip it.
The instructor assesses your level through the natural flow of conversation. During the discussion, the instructor subtly gauges your familiarity with various topics. Based on your responses, the difficulty level of the conversation is adjusted accordingly.
It's important to note that you don't need to possess perfect knowledge in every aspect of the language. The instructor evaluates your overall proficiency, considering your grasp of different skills like knowledge, comprehension, expression, and reading comprehension. Perfection in each skill is not a prerequisite.
In learning a foreign language, the ultimate goal is effective communication. It's common to experience periods of rapid progress as well as plateaus. You might learn new concepts while occasionally repeating the same mistakes. These challenges are natural and part of the learning process. That's why our instructors strive to strike a balance, providing a level of conversation that challenges you without being too easy or too difficult. This tailored approach ensures a productive and supportive learning experience.
How does the instructor conduct the lesson?
The instructor conducts the lesson by carefully selecting grammar and vocabulary tailored to enhance your conversational French skills, seamlessly integrating them into the session. Ensuring your thorough understanding of the lesson is a priority. The lesson includes mini conversation segments where the instructor guides you to utilize the newly learned grammar and vocabulary. These practical exercises are designed to enhance your French conversation skills effectively.
While there is a rough time frame for the lesson, it remains flexible. The duration can be adjusted based on your specific needs and comfort, allowing for a personalized and adaptive learning experience. Your progress and comfort are central to our teaching approach.
Part 3 : Your feedback and questions
At the end of the trial lesson, the instructor will invite you to share your honest feedback about the session. Your opinions are valued, and if you feel uncomfortable expressing your thoughts in person, you are welcome to provide feedback via email later.
The instructor will conduct a level assessment, identifying your strengths and areas that need improvement. Based on this evaluation, the instructor may provide additional information tailored to meet your specific learning objectives. Your feedback and the level assessment are crucial in shaping future lessons to ensure they align perfectly with your needs and goals. Your progress and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Part 4: Course Proposal
The instructor will suggest a course schedule based on your availability and preferences. It's important to note that this course plan will be flexible and adaptable, designed to accommodate your changing needs and objectives.
The course will not follow a rigid structure and will be customized to your requirements.
You can change the day and time if your availability changes.
Follow-up after the lesson
If the Zoom account used for the trial lesson differs from the one designated for regular lessons, we will promptly send you the appropriate link. However, if the trial lesson takes place under the same account as the regular lessons, the subsequent lessons will continue using that same account.
While the content of each lesson varies, the approach involves reviewing previous learnings and incorporating new material. This method accelerates your improvement in conversational skills by reinforcing what you've learned while introducing fresh concepts.
After each lesson, you will have the opportunity to access and download your lesson report from the same website within a maximum of three days. Each student has personalized access rights to ensure privacy and security.
The lesson report is designed with a user-friendly layout, making it easy for you to read and review, facilitating your understanding and progress in the French language.

Upon registration, we will arrange regular lessons for you on specific days and times each week. However, we understand that schedules can change. If your availability shifts, we are flexible and can offer you an alternative day or time that better suits your new schedule.
In cases where your regular lesson time becomes inconvenient, we can accommodate your needs by rescheduling your lesson to a different day or time that aligns with your availability.
Additionally, if you are exceptionally unavailable during your designated regular lesson slot, you may have the option to join another class of the same level. Please note that this is subject to restrictions based on class availability and other factors.
Our school operates on a monthly fee system. If you decide to discontinue your lessons, we require advance notice. To end your lessons, kindly inform us by the 25th of the month prior to the month you wish to discontinue.
